The target is to upload the executable SW (HEX file) to Arduino.

Check here the last release of Fenix.
To upload HEX file to your Arduino you need to install in your computer an uploader like Xloader.
Connect Arduino to your computer through USB cable.
Select the HEX file previously downloaded, Mega device, COM port and Baud rate at 115200. Press Upload.
