Assembly of Fenix PCB
Follow the schematic to attach each component to the PCB.
Assembly of Fenix Autopilot
Solder resistances, buzzer and screwed connectors to the PCB.
Connect IMU to the PCB following wiring diagram below and depending on your IMU selection.
IMU installation: Install IMU with components on top.
In the example below, BNO055 IMU has been installed to the box with device components on top as per the picture. Consequently, the arrow indicates what shall be the upper side of the box in its final installation to the boat.
In the example below, MinIMU9v5 has been installed directly to the PCB ensuring correct pins matching. This set-up limits the orientation of PCB installed on your boat, where IMU components shall always be on top.
Install other components as per wiring schema below.
